- Go to your WordPress admin.
- Navigate through WPML > Translation Management
- Go to Translation Roles tab.
- Then click the “Add a Translator” button
- This will show a modal, which you will choose if you want to give permission to an existing user or you want to create a new user with permission.
- If giving a permission to an existing user, take note that users who already have translator permission will not show on the dropdown anymore.
